Is there support after the sale?
During normal business hours e-mails can usually be answered within an hour or two, as long as it's not too complicated! After hours we still offer e-mail support, but it will take between 12-24 hours for a response. Also, we love receiving feedback from our customers, so if you have any questions, issues or suggestions, please don't hesitate to drop us an e-mail at support@abletondjcourse.com

I paid for the course, but never got an e-mail confirming my login details
We can only apologise if this happens. Check your spam folder to make sure that we've not ended up in there and if you have no joy then do get in touch with us and we'll chase it up for you as quickly as we can.

I can see the video, but there's no sound
This is probably caused by your computer needing an updated version of Flash. Visit the website FlashPlayerNew.com to download a new version for free.

How can I watch the videos in full screen mode?
Just click on the 'Full Screen' button at the bottom right edge of the player window. To return simply press the 'Esc' key on your computer keyboard.

Can I watch the tutorials a number of times?
You can watch the tutorials as many times as you damn well like! We're happy to give 1 year's access to the course you've purchased, because we completely appreciate that people learn stuff at different paces. We thought a monthly subscription was somewhat mean because not only does it penalise some people, but it also goes against us saying that you can use the course to learn at your pace. We do however enforce a fair usage policy and anyone found abusing this condition (e.g. a user number being shared amongst a number of people) will have their subscription withdrawn and no refund will be given.

Cancellation policy

In putting together this website, we have given a great deal of information about what each course consists of and what you will get for your money. Therefore we believe that there shouldn't be circumstances in which a course is purchased in error. If you are in any doubt whether each course is what you require, please watch the free tutorials available on the Free Stuff page of the website. These are representative of the standard of the whole course and will allow you to suitably evaluate whether it meets your needs before you agree to purchase it. Once you have purchased a course, all fees, charges and sales are final. Once charged to your credit card, the payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven fraud or extraordinary circumstances which will be determined at Abletondjcourse's sole discretion. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of paying for your subscription at support@abletondjcourse.com

Please also acknowledge that canceling your subscription will not immediately terminate access to the Subscription Services. Your subscription will remain open until the paid period expires, and this will not make you eligible for a refund.

Refund policy

Abletondjcourse will provide a refund in the event that (i) credit card fraud has been identified and proven or (ii) extraordinary circumstances (as determined at Abletondjcourse's sole discretion) are demonstrated to us. Each case will be considered on an individual basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of paying for your subscription at support@abletondjcourse.com

You should also understand that as a result of processing a refund Abletondjcourse incurs administrative costs and that the fees below are a fair and accurate assessment of these costs. Should a refund be permitted all refunds (except those due to proven instances of credit-card fraud) are subject to an administrative fee of £5 per charge refunded.
